Sourcing and communicating with expert volunteer/paid speakers.
Coordinate with volunteer staff for onsite services.
Room blocks and government rate basis.
Coordinate the audio and video capabilities for each presentation.
Provide ongoing reports to client of registrants and other appropriate information.
Planning time and coordination for a cash/credit lunch session for attendees.
Create the flow and timing for a poster session for pre-selected groups at appropriate times.
Distribute surveys and collect responses to report summary to client.
Provide appropriate certificates of completion to attendees per business rules.
